How to Acknowledge
Please navigate to the orders page in the seller center in Walmart. Here we’ll see all of our orders due today. That means we still need to acknowledge them. Next,
- Click the orders PO number.
- Select acknowledge the drop-down under status.
- Click update.
A success message will appear telling us the order is now acknowledged. Before canceling an order, remember always to acknowledge it first.
How to Cancel an Order
Cancel will stay on the same page and go back to the same status drop-down menu.
- Click the PO number.
- Select cancel customer changed mind in the drop-down under status.
- Click update.

We’ve now canceled this PO to confirm. We can copy the PO number at the top. Then exit out of the screen and click past orders. If you have many orders here, we can paste the purchase order number in the search box at the top. This will make us the right to the canceled order we want to view. Click into the order and will see it is
